It has a closed cell neoprene gasketing with dimensions of 1/4" thick by 1/2" wide between door and frame and 1/8" thick by 1/2" wide between frame and duct. The door panel has a 3" fiberglass insulation with an R factor of 7.7, compressed into 1" and a hand-operated self-tightening cam latch.
