This access door is sure to last long because it is made of 16 gauge steel or stainless steel. It has a flush-to-frame mounting with reinforced edges, concealed hinges, and drywall taping bead flange for a flawless installation. The access door is finished with a 5 stage iron phosphate preparation with a prime coat of White alkyd baked-on enamel or satin polish.  

This access door can guarantee enhanced safety in your commercial building because of its fire rating of UL — 1-1/2 hour "B" label and ULC — 2 hours "B" label. For ceiling fire ratings, the Warnock Hersey International rated 3-hour in a non-combustible ceiling and 1 hour in a combustible ceiling.
